You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. To prevent renewal charges, cancellations must be completed at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled renewal date. Refunds are not issued for billing cycles that have already processed.
Fresh flowers are highly perishable. Refund requests or order cancellations for custom designs or recital bouquets must be submitted at least 48 hours prior to the recital or delivery date. Once fresh arrangements have been styled or delivered, all sales are final.
Custom paper floral installations and rentals are handcrafted to order. Deposits or payments for paper installations and rentals are non-refundable once construction of the paper blooms has commenced.
